Writers Digest Pick: #12!
50 Best Places to be Published Online

The holiday season is about to kick into full swing and, much as it may be our favorite time of year, it's also one of the most hectic. Chaos rules.

It's also, however, a time for catching a breath; for considering the year, for a hindsight glance at life and a forward gaze at the year to come. It's a time for both celebration and preparation; for tidying spaces and gathering loose ends.

The staff of Net Author's E2K has decided to take full advantage of the opportunity and—in addition to giving our folks a breather—tie up a few loose ends of our own. We will, therefore, not print a December 2001 issue. Instead, we'll use that time to give the site a face lift and recover our archives, so that when you return in January 2002, you'll see a fresh E2K.

Keep in mind that even though we won't publish in December, we'll still be accepting and responding to submissions—keep that writing coming!

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy this issue, and send our blessings upon you and your house for a safe and joyous holiday season.
